Harvest of Grace Winery is the realization of Jonathan and Sheri Seibert’s longtime dream. Inspired by Sheri’s vision of a rugged cross draped with a grapevine, the couple began their winemaking journey in their basement, learning from wineries wherever they traveled.
In 2021, after connecting with a supportive winemaker in Illinois, they produced their first batch of wine. Later that year, they moved to North Carolina, trusting that God was guiding each step. In January 2025, they purchased a former winery property at 1120 Lake Rd., seeing it as the perfect fit for their vision.
With one wine of their own and several others crafted in partnership with fellow North Carolina winemakers, Harvest of Grace Winery officially opened on October 11, 2025. The Seiberts aim to create not only a place for great wine but also a welcoming community space—hosting events, food trucks, Bible studies, and more.
They express heartfelt thanks to the many friends, mentors, and family who supported their journey, giving glory to God for making it all possible.
